As someone who has been boxing since the very early part of the 1980's I like to believe that I have picked up some knowledge a long the way. I often get e-mails from kids and adults alike who are interested in learning to box or how to exercise or what to do for running. etc. So with that in mind I have decided to include a brief training manual for those of you out there that have an interest in boxing and do not mind getting the opinions and insights from the viewpoint of just one of many, many people that have been in the game for a long time. Everybody has their own thoughts, ideas and ideologies on the boxing game. Here are some of mine.
